NEW FEATURE: Adds "Kick User from Session" option in User Model

With the paywall updates to allow site licensing, it became necessary to give admins the ability to kill ALL sessions a user may have open. This also works for troubleshooting users who may be having issues logging in due to corrupt or invalid cookies stored on their browsers.
